These Terms of Service apply to sateraliving.com and purchases made from SATERA LIVING.
SATERA LIVING is operated by SIMPLE AMERICAN TEXTILE LLC, a Missouri limited liability company registered under number LC014690045.
By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law continue to apply.

2. Products
SATERA LIVING offers thoughtfully selected practical home textiles and household products produced by third-party manufacturers.
We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, prices, and availability accurately. Minor variations may arise from manufacturing processes, materials, screen settings, lighting, or product updates. Any variation will be handled in accordance with the product description and applicable consumer law.
Products are intended to be used according to their descriptions, instructions, care information, and ordinary intended purpose.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to purchase the products in the cart. After an order is submitted, we send an electronic confirmation.
The sales contract is formed when the order is accepted for fulfillment, subject to applicable consumer law.
We review orders for payment authorization, product availability, address accuracy, security, and fraud prevention. If an order requires clarification, we will contact the customer using the information provided at checkout.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will inform the customer and return the applicable payment to the original payment method.
4. Prices and Charges
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the store.
All prices and applicable charges are shown before the customer completes checkout. SATERA LIVING provides free shipping to the destinations listed in the Shipping Policy.
Customers will not be charged customs duties or undisclosed additional fees by SATERA LIVING.
Any tax treatment applied through checkout will be displayed before the order is submitted and will follow the store’s configured tax obligations.
5. Payment
Available payment methods may include American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
Payment processing is provided by Shopify and the applicable payment provider. The customer authorizes the selected provider to process the payment information needed to complete the order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled from our Netherlands fulfillment location.
Processing normally takes 1-2 business days. Carrier transit times depend on the destination and are described in the Shipping Policy.
SIMPLE AMERICAN TEXTILE LLC bears the risk of loss or damage until the goods are delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where mandatory law provides otherwise for a carrier independently selected by the customer.
If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete, or delivered incorrectly, contact suppor@sateraliving.com. We will review the shipment and provide an appropriate remedy.
7. Quality Checks
Products are subject to a quality check before dispatch so that product condition and order accuracy can be reviewed before the parcel enters the delivery network.
8. Cancellations and Address Changes
Before dispatch, customers may contact suppor@sateraliving.com to request an order cancellation or delivery-address change.
We will confirm whether the request can be completed before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed through our store.
After delivery, eligible customers may use the return and withdrawal process described in the Return and Refund Policy.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Withdrawal
SATERA LIVING offers a 30-day return period beginning on the date the customer receives the product.
Authorized returns receive a prepaid return label, and SATERA LIVING covers the return shipping cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.
EU and EEA consumers retain applicable statutory withdrawal and consumer-guarantee rights.
10. Product Conformity
Products will be supplied in accordance with their descriptions and the requirements of applicable consumer law.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, we will provide an appropriate legal remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that supports a safe and reliable shopping experience.
You may not:

The SATERA LIVING name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, and original store materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party product names, payment marks, platform marks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Store Availability
We maintain the store using Shopify’s ecommerce platform and work to provide reliable access, accurate product information, and secure checkout.
Temporary maintenance, security measures, technical updates, or events affecting service providers may occasionally affect access. We will take appropriate steps to restore affected store functions and support customers with active orders.
14. Responsibility and Consumer Rights
SIMPLE AMERICAN TEXTILE LLC accepts the responsibilities imposed on it by applicable law, including responsibilities relating to product conformity, order fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, and protection of personal information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or reduces a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SIMPLE AMERICAN TEXTILE LLC in Missouri, United States, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country of residence.

A customer may also use any competent court, consumer-protection authority, or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when store operations, services, or legal requirements change. The version posted at the time of an order applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
